Our food was delicious, as always, but unfortunately this was one of the worst service experiences we’ve ever had here. We came before 6:00 (my parents were already seated and ordered around 5:20) specifically because of the $2.39 kids meal deal. My daughter ordered spaghetti and my son had the Mickey pancake with eggs. My mom asked our waitress if the kids’ meals included drinks, and she said yes, so she ordered drinks for them. Later, we were charged $3.79 each for those drinks. If we had been told they weren’t included, we would have just ordered water. There were also issues with the food. My daughter asked for a side of extra sauce for her spaghetti but never got it (though we were charged for it). My mom ordered chicken Alfredo, but only the pasta had sauce — the chicken was dry. When she questioned it, the waitress told her she’d have to pay extra to get sauce on the chicken, even though that has always been included in the past. When the bill came, both kids’ meals were charged full price. I explained that we ordered before 6:00 and even had our food before 6:00, so the kids’ meals should have been the discounted price. The waitress insisted that because we “paid after 6,” it was full price — something that is not written anywhere on the menu. We’ve been here many times before and have never had this issue. On top of that, the waitress assumed my 9-year-old daughter was “too old” for the kids’ menu just because she looks tall, which was inappropriate and unfair. The cashier was polite but clearly caught in the middle. She went back and forth to ask the manager, Vickie, for clarification. Instead of coming out to address the situation herself or apologizing, the manager stayed in the back. At one point, another waitress stepped in and confirmed that the rule is ordering before 6:00 qualifies for the deal — but our waitress refused to accept that and walked away. Finally, the cashier told me, “There are too many people watching, we need you to just leave. The manager is taking care of it.” I said I wanted to pay for the food we ate, but they insisted we leave without paying. I was shocked. We have been loyal customers for years, but to be treated this way — dismissed, embarrassed in front of other guests, and refused the chance to pay our bill — was unbelievable. The food here is good, but the way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional. We will likely start going to the other locations, because this experience left us very...

The food, the service, and the cleanliness of this Blueberry Hill restaurant location is great. I went in this morning to get take out and was greeted by a very friendly waitress. She immediately helped me place my to-go order, and get my food started, even though it was during the breakfast rush and I could see she was very busy with dine in guests. I wish I had taken the time to commit her name to memory because she was very nice and really deserves credit for her hard work.

I ordered the chicken waffles and the fresh strawberry crepes and both were very good, especially the crepes. I have only ever tried dessert crepes with Nutella before and wasn't quite sure what to expect from these breakfast crepes that had various cheeses in them. However, I'm very glad that I did, because these crepes were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone who hasn't tried them before. The cheeses were just sweet enough, and paired with the fresh fruit and soft fluffy pancake-like crepe, they caused me to feel obligated to write this review. I will definitely be back for more soon. The chicken waffles were also very well made and I quickly finished them off while trying to remember to breath between bites. I have also tried the coconut chicken waffles at the Flamingo & Tamarus location and they are also very good, especially if you are a big fan of coconut.

I am very happy that I chose to go to Blueberry Hill for breakfast today, as well as the items I chose to order. I will be back soon and I hope I have the same waitress (or another that does as good a job as she did). Thank you so much for the wonderful...

Well, first of all, I went in ordering a Montecristo sandwich to go carry out and was amazed at what I got when I got home it was nothing like a Montecristo sandwich. It was basically a turkey sandwich with cheese on Texas toast and that was it any Montecristo I’ve ever seen can be a combination of turkey and ham or whatever but they cut the crust off which they didn’t do with this sandwich and it’s usually dipped in egg batter and then fried and then you know the powdered sugar and your various jellies whichever you like, so yeah this was just turkey meat (no pork here)and cheese like I said, still had to crust on, was not battered and fried, and there was no powdered sugar or jelly like usual I mean, that’s the Montecristo sandwich I know of but I called in the manager or supposed manager asked for the manager and she said, how can I help you Hun and I said may I speak to the manager so once again, she repeated herself “how can I help you HUN? So she had a piss poor attitude, never in apologizing, or any kind of empathy. Nothing, just monotone voice that’s how we make them here.? Well basically I guess everyone else in the United States makes a Montecristo the way I mentioned in the beginning but I guess they have their own custom turkey cheese and French toast sandwich, which, by the way was not even mediocre terrible and the fries smell as though they’ve been cooked in over years Greece and more soggy so this is the first for me at that location but when you deal with somebody like that on the phone it just gives you sour taste in your mouth anyway enjoy

Extremely disappointed in this restaurant. For starters with brought 2 dirty saucers with my coffee cups. Then when the meals were brought to the table my plate which had french toast was sitting in my daughter's plate which had biscuits and gravy, so gravy was all over the bottom of my plate. when I mentioned it to the waitress the waitress cleaned the bottom of my plate and set it down and then still commenced to handing the biscuits and gravy to my daughter. I asked her to remove the plate take it to back and bring fresh she brought it back within a couple of minutes with fresh gravy poured on top of the old gravy when I told her that this is not fresh she said " yes it's fresh " so we pointed out that the gravy on top was whiter than the gravy on the bottom off to the side she took the plate away. We will not be returning to this location they did however take the biscuits and gravy off the ticket and they removed our drinks from the ticket to make things a little better but I was extremely disappointed. *15 minutes* my daughter is now throwing up and my son feels sick.
